Can not open recently downloaded word, power point or access document - Microsoft Community

can not open downloaded word, power point or access document

i have downloaded many documents school website recently. when tried open one, said word experienced error trying open file. have not had situation before.

however, can create new 1 , open it. , can open old documents. 

i not know why happened.

i have tried open , repair feature, same window came out again , nothing changed. , sure there sufficient free memory , disk space. versions have windows 10 , microsoft office 16. me？

i think know how open files now. right clicked document name , chose "edit". file opened. , if choose properties when right click document , choose "unblock" under "secure", works.

i think problem "the file permissions document or drive". because when chose properties, showed "this file came computer , might blocked protect computer".

but don't know why problem exists suddenly. there way can use enable documents downloaded or downloaded in future unlocked , opened successfully?
