i have upgraded windows 10 mobile later on lost upgrade advisor app , i'm unable find in store , feel i'm not getting current windows 10 updates please me in issue

hello,

we want know if device on windows 10. if so, app can't reinstalled because available devices running windows 8.1. if you're trying update windows 10 mobile, go settings > update & security > phone update and tap check updates.

feel free post if have other concerns.
