OneNote for Mac Can't Sync due to Proxy Issues - Microsoft Community

so use onenote take notes school , school has proxy. works fine @ school.

however, when return home notebook wont sync until turn off automatic proxy configuration in network settings. internet still works fine because google chrome , safari work perfectly.

its if onenote cant tell difference between home network , school network. have seen other threads regarding on windows version cant figure out fix mac.

regarding can sync notebook after turning off automatic proxy configuration in network settings, issue should related proxy server. there may problems proxy server's connection onenote server.

given situation, suggest contacting proxy server provider's support channel professional help.
