if create (all in one) iso of 16299.15 test please follow these steps.

1. download productsrs3rtm10032017.xml & open notepad

2. locate & download esd file language & type x64 or x86 (x32 bit) - example: en-us

3. download , install hashcalc , verify sha1 of esd file

7. copy esd esd-decrypter-wimlib-31 folder

8. in esd-decrypter-wimlib-31 folder right-click decrypt.cmd > run administrator

9. choose option 1 - create iso standard install.wim

10. 16299.15 (all in one) iso has 9 types
