in cell g2, enter formula without function using structured references determine number of years since adam moriarty received last first aid certification. formula should subtract value shown in first aid certification year column 2018 , should automatically fill range g3:g31.

no table refer 2018 

not sure how program column

g3:  =2018-b3

drag fill down column row 31

change b3 point column contains first aid certification year.
