Max value from conditional formatting - Microsoft Community

would possible select max value conditional formatting rule?

i require cells t5: t14 contain max values of column g according color ranges have been created

'cell value'

'between'

'colored values in column r'

'colored values in column s'

make sure have entered using ctrl-shift-enter - if correctly, 
excel leading { , final } around formula. shows max value less value in s5 - 1900 - correctly returned.
