i bought office 365 home online , downloaded laptop, open word asking keycode, find keycode.

please advice

moved: windows / windows 10 / install, upgrade, & activate

asking product key making sure you're using genuine product. isolate issue, we'd gather more information:

  • have tried logging in office.com/myaccount?
  • are trying activate office?
