InfoPath 2013 connectiviy issue to Sharepoint2010

hi,

we have problem not find previous thread.

we developed sharepoint library in sharepoint 2010.

we have been adding new forms library through infopath software (as not due through browser, suspect because contains repeating table).

the users using computers both win7 , win10 operation systems. on win7, have infopath 2010 (filler , designer too) installed,

but on win10 computers infopath 2013 can installed.

we have connectivity problems (occasionally) when users win10+infopath 2013 (filler) try submit new form.

they can access our sharepoint library, however, can not add new form, infopath says working offline,

and requires login, when:

1. not offline (they online sharepoint, confirmed sharepoint application);

2. usual windows credentials not accepted.

do have suggestion can cause problem, , have idea how resolve it?

i know why users can not connect (occasionally, because works again currently, however, problem reoccurs time time).
