i got muted , still hear others in skype business meeting.
please help, how troubleshoot on this
user using windows 7
and headset - headset microphone (jabra pro 9470)
device driver version -
microsoft: 6.1.7601.18208

may ask how did user mute others in skype meeting? blue mute button @ bottom of screen supposed mute user design. , if user doesn’t want hear others’ audio in meeting, depends on permission @ meeting.
if user meeting organizer, or can mute @ meeting. click participant on upper left corner of screen, right click person want mute, click mute. or can choose participant action>mute audience @ bottom of drop down list bulk mute others.
if user 1 of presenter, or can still mute others right click name.
but if user attendee of meeting, or doesn’t have permission mute others.
