hotmail account - Microsoft Community

i used windowseasytransfer move files, videos, pictures, etc. old vista laptop hp elite windows 7 laptop. can't open hotmail. "this page can't displayed" get. went tools instructed, nothing deleting cookies or cache, if problem. ???
