want freeze black border cell
not lock freeze

hi,

with regard concern, have 3 options in freeze panes under view on excel. if you're referring specific cell border mentioned above, use of freeze option on black border not possible. can keep rows , columns visible while rest of worksheet scrolls. can freeze top row , first column.
