Formula - Microsoft Community

hi,

i working in call centre setting each agent might login , login out system several times in day , might login earlier supposed reporting time.

is there formula can use excel pick earliest login / latest logout time based on (1) agent id , (2) date in example below earliest login time should must not earlier "shift" time?

as per snap shot, give formula @ j3 , copy down.

=max(i3,minifs($c:$c,$b:$b,i$1,$a:$a,$h3))

at k3 give formula , copy down.

=max(i3,maxifs($e:$e,$d:$d,i$1,$a:$a,$h3))

now both these formulas copy other dates.   all times random numbers.
