Office 365 problems using Wacon Intuos tablet and stylus - Microsoft Community

there have been @ least 1 or 2 other reports of this, not seeing answer works.

i using office 365 on 1 year-old computer windows 10 , wacom intuos cth-680 digitizer tablet.

office apps - excel, outlook, word - hang when close window or try perform tasks changing column width on spreadsheet.

when performing these tasks, must move cursor off of office application, shifting focus taskbar or application make office application respond task or command.

i have performed repair of office.  have updated tablet driver.  have turned off flicks , inking.

this office or ms issue - tablet works great every other application use.  have pressure sensitivity in photoshop , no other hang-ups or faults using stylus.

i'm not familiar how programming works on kind of thing, seems me happening clicking on minimize, maximize, or close buttons or using stylus adjust column width kind of "detaches" stylus focus or input program before input registers.  can click anywhere in application window , there no response app.  cpu activity not increase - if decreases.

most of time, application responds input instantaneously when cursor moved outside app window.  if tried adjust column width, adjustment occurs cursor goes outside app.  if tried close window, closes cursor goes out of window.

clicking app restores focus app, , app works fine until perform 1 of functions - close window, maximize window, restore window, or adjust column width in excel.  there other functions cause this, these ones notice because of constant trouble.

one other factor: using 32 bit version of office rather 64 bit because of other technical problem occurred when first set machine.  forget for.

there several factors may cause issue. isolate problem, know answer following questions:

• do have security programs installed on device? (like malwarebytes or other anti-viruses)
• have tried running apps in safe mode?
• what other troubleshooting steps have done far?
