Im looking for a conditional formula or rule to copy data to another - Microsoft Community

i have excel 2013. 

i wanting make rule whereby if "yes" selected drop down menu in cell o39 on "sheet2" text in cell j39 of "sheet2" copied next available row of "sheet1" if possible.
