 i have problem whatsapp , face book...some time when upload , send pic through whatsapp couldnt have pic , showes no pic in gallery when reset phone software problem resolved , uplode pic...after worth problem begins whith facebook flactutes when opend , resolved after software reset ..can plz give me permenant solution both of them..means phone needs 2 times software reset in week...give me permant solution thanks..i m using lumia 640 xl

did update os , apps?
