today restored dell computer factory new, , trying install google chrome through internet explorer. but, whenever try, little message pops in corner, "an error has occured on webpage", , download denied. have reset ie, , run non-addon version, computer cant install google chrome...

what problems having thought doing factory recovery might resolve?

are grinding @ school or using grinder @ school?
