i'm trying flag data job function is not equal to plus or minus 1 referring cell in excel, within "conditional formatting".
example:  and(a1<a2+b2;a1>a2-b2)
b2 = 1
a1 , a2 numbers compare, decimals not same, , ok me.
in function and(a1<a2+b2;a1>a2-b2) flags when numbers same.
see highlighting when numbers out of range plus or minus 1.

does want...

=abs(a1-a2)>=b2

where b2 contains difference value want greater or equal (1 example). if 1, embed directly...

=abs(a1-a2)>=1
