have encountered problem yesterday, , lappy keep on restarting , showing green message again , again. check windows update , have seen have pending update 17025.1000(rs_prerelease) donwload it, problem after clicking install shows message windows insider build ran problem , needs restart... restarting , problem still there... pls help. thanks.

try doing clean boot , right-click on start , see if have update , restart option.
