Office 365 personal not activating - Microsoft Community

hi

i bought computer , office 365 personal when lived in dubai before moved switzerland , office wont activate not in intended region. bought this, l cant afford buying new 1 , need it! how solved? can refunded somehow?

could unblocked? i'm disappointed !

transferring license 1 country regulated the microsoft open programs affiliate participation policy means license transfer can done if country of purchase , country of transfer legal affiliates throughout defined region. regarding concern, dubai doesn't share license territory switzerland. can click this link for more information open programs defined regions.
