No "New message notifications" Windows 10 mobile Microsoft - Microsoft Community

updated phone latest windows 10 version , ever since did don't receive new message notifications, did don't makes notification sound.

how fix this?

it appears you're having notification problems on lumia. able isolate issue, kindly answer following questions:

  • just verify, have tried performing soft reset? if haven't, kindly check page on how so.
  • have checked notification or volume settings if set correctly?
  • do experience notification or sound issues other apps?
