Microsoft Office does not recognize the license for my institution. - Microsoft Community

college has license microsoft office 365. after recent windows 10 upgrade on laptop cannot access it. i've worked hours on own , more hours staff try fix it. have removed , reinstalled office dozen times ends saying doesn't recognize license. i'm frustrated,  need word , other apps when work @ home. ideas? i've had issues laptop--is possible hardware issue? doesn't think so.

  • what make , model of computer?
  • was license or product key given institution?
  • what error message display when trying install office 365?
  • what other troubleshooting steps have done far?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
