computer automatically updated last week large update on windows 10, restarted several times , seemed ok. trouble have micrsoft edge not work, attempts start , nothing populates screen. not particularly computer literate, how can resolve problem?

one of possible reasons why having issues microsoft edge corrupted system files. better assist you, need answers questions below:

  • do see error messages after launching microsoft edge?
  • have tried logging user account on computer see if can launch microsoft edge?
  • does issue also happens on internet explorer?

in meantime, suggest running windows apps troubleshooter find , fix issues windows apps. can download tool here.
