purchased online , has been exchanged 9 times since 01/2016 . last 1 sent microsoft on june 5th of 2017 request #1387762056 sn#003985362549 told support team had come here find out refund status. please me on matter patiently waiting  ron 

we're not microsoft here. should contact store purchased item.
