  i have 2 raid 0 drives not accessible after update.
  2x250gb (500gb) , 2x1tb(2tb)

  confirm update installed prior issue.  
  if you've tried troubleshoot prior posting concern here in community, please provide exact steps performed need confirm , isolate issue.  
  run 
  chkdsk utility. chkdsk examines disk space , disk use , provides status report specific each file system. status report shows errors found in file system.    
note: steps applies windows 10.    in addition that, run 
  system file checker tool.  
  furthermore, we'd need additional details regarding parts showing under 
disk management. also, in device manager, indicate current drivers installed under  
disk drive.
