how fix , ensure excel default??

we know more happened. kindly answer following questions:

  • when did concern started happening?
  • were there changes made on computer affected?
  • do encounter same concern if create new file , save on computer?
  • have performed troubleshooting steps?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
