cannot log in. says not have account.

if  you got following error message, please refer solutions in following link check outcome:
"we don't recognize user id or password" error when user tries sign in office 365 portal


if not situation, confirm following information clarify situation:

1. screenshot of error message.
2. did want log in? office 365 portal or office applications?
3. subscription using? if using office 365 education, please sign in office 365 portal > in top right corner, click avatar > view account > subscription, , capture screenshot of licenses.
