Windows phone 8.1 won't sync - Microsoft Community

hello,

since december 8th, lumia 635 (windows mobile 8.1) won't sync anymore, neither contacts, neither outlook, photos, anything.

within outlook got error 80070490 when trying synchronize device.

i've used eas.outlook.com server, tested m.hotmail.com, m.outlook.com no luck.

i soft reset didn't help.

i got mobile windows mobile 10 installed , got no problem it.

any clue?

end of support = end of windows phone 8 life?

you can fix these sync issues email visiting following outlook email links:

• synchronization problems occur in outlook , in outlook web app.
• fix email sync issues or remove device outlook.com or outlook on web mailbox.

tell if works.
