windows 10 ie 11 internet settings problem - Microsoft Community

when open internet options, on general tab @ bottom, yellow tab showing 'some setting managed administrator', , unable change homepage.   same things in administrator account.

i tried kinds of possibility not solve issue.

any suggestions?

can specify troubleshooting steps you've done avoid redundancy in fixing this?
