after 2 critical updates windows system crashed. had have reset factory settings , microsoft office 365 reinstalled. have re-enter key code again? if yes, do @

installing office product requires account license has been associated with. complete steps, kindly refer support article: download , install or reinstall office 365 or office 2016 on pc or mac.
