      while attempting setup onenote students year getting error message below.  i have connected lms onenote , message when try map notebooks lms course.

as per understanding, system related error message. can check article which there bit different it.

since computer has been formatted department, now? issue persist?

regarding reset office 365 account profile, suggest confirm whether colleagues(who have work account in same organization yours) have same issue when mapping notebooks.
