One Note 2016 - Ink To Text As Shorcut - Microsoft Community

ink text in 1 note 2016 seems work if accessed via drawing ribbon. since it's use lot customised ribbon ink text shortcut, when try run there doesn't work (causes popup appear , hang, cancel button on it).

is known issue , there resolution?

  • can please send screenshot of popup window causes onenote 2016 freeze?
  • have encountered error messages?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
