NO Sound after upgrade to windows7 - Microsoft Community

i had vista on 1 of computers....i decided upgrade windows 7 computer ok upgrade. reason upgraded windows 7 internet 11 have sound.

internet 8 had no sound , have had replace older version of internet explorer make sound work.....since did not want go backward upgraded , still have no sound , have internet explorer 11 sound still not working. have been using firefox , works fine operating system,

let's try check if sounds in webpages enabled. follow steps below:

  1. open internet explorer.
  2. click gear icon on upper-right corner of window.
  3. select internet options.
  4. go advanced tab.
  5. locate play sound in web pages, click box enable sounds.
  6. click apply, ok.

keep in loop result.
