Excel stopping - Microsoft Community

excel not open on sony xz, says excel keeps stopping when click on app , gives me option close app or send feedback. app , of phones software date. there way fix or update issue i'll have wait patch fix?

for have better view of concern, please provide following information:

  • is issue specific app only?
  • have tried restarting phone isolate issue?
  • does happen when you're opening files created in excel?

meanwhile, suggest uninstall , reinstall excel app make sure corrupted files deleted.

we waiting response.
