in last 2 days when open email states, message has not been dowloaded server. there problem server or wrong on end? m able see message on notebook , i-pad

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
