Edge freezing on Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

hi,

just bought new lenovo miix510 laptop running windows 10, , having lot of problems ms edge browser freezing

"microsoft.com not responding ... recover webpage"

internet explorer works fine.  i have run troubleshooter on internet connection , doesn't find problems

i contacted lenovo support , told me contact microsoft fix

are there patches ms edge fix annoying problem?

moved from: windows / windows 10 / install, upgrade, & activate

since bought laptop, have tried installing latest updates?

which version of windows 10 installed?

try resetting microsoft edge:

open start, type: powershell
right click powershell click run administrator

@ prompt, type: 

get-appxpackage -allusers -name microsoft.microsoftedge | foreach {add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register “$($_.installlocation)\appxmanifest.xml” -verbose}

hit enter

when complete, exit powershell, restart computer check if edge working again.
