Copy sheet onto another sheet through references - Microsoft Community

i want copy content of 1 sheet (a) onto sheet (b), using references. works fine if copy reference every cell onto sheet b (using '='), want if add row (with content), appears in b. sheets in different workbooks way, don't think causes additional challenges. 

does know how this?
