choose your home page window will not go away - Microsoft Community

cannot use ie because window asking me choose home page keeps popping up.  not let me click in order "choose" , way close ie while window through task manager.  please help, work program work on ie of now, can't

open about:blank , make home page.   if necessary can right-click home page button , use add or change home page command.   method focus on right button press alt-x esc cursorleft twice , press shift-f10 (or menu key).
