the latest build downloaded , installed ok on laptop, not install on desktop.

i have not been able update desktop since build 16241.

also, wife's 4dembroidery software no longer work. have updated hasp hl drivers without luck.

please give make , model of device can better you.

your wife's embroidery program 1 of reasons advise against using previews on device used production work.  can restore creators update (15063) , use test box previews?  did make system backup while on build 15063 (creators update)?

if scan first page of forum see several threads discussing problems around 16288.  read of understand going on right now.

if choose carry on present configuration have run windows update troubleshooter?  steps have taken correct wu not offering updates since 16241?  there reason have not investigated issue sooner?
