Access database issue with read only mode and write mode - Microsoft Community

hi guys

i have seen issue can have file opened in write mode , user should able open in read-only error "the form has been locked out opened user" (along lines). doesn't happen time. can of think of why happen?

user granted local admin access machine , seems have resolved issue. must permission issue on folder structure somewhere


Office / Access / Windows other / Office 365 for business
