Word cannot open Onenote "Link to paragraph" - Microsoft Community

i wonder if can me below. when copy "link paragraph" in 1 note , paste in word, not seem work when click on it. below error message. strange thing if paste same link "stickies" (i use mac) works there. idea how resolve this, please? lot

update.

let's proceed check following , try solving issue:
1. clear onenote cache.
a.   close onenote application
b.    finder go/go folder... (shift+cmd+g)
c.    enter "~/library/containers" , press go (return key)
d.    delete folder: ~/library/containers/com.microsoft.onenote.mac
e.    delete folder: ~/library/group\ containers/ubf8t346g9.office
2. open “keychain access” app on mac, , search “microsoftoffice”. if onenote recognized signed in, have entry long name. delete it.
3. restart mac.
4. try launching onenote , signing in again.
5. perform clean startup (safe mode) determine whether background programs interfering office mac
