Text to column - data shifted in cell - Microsoft Community

my colleague changing column of number text format number.  used text column.

the data starts cell a4 a10.  a3 being header.

after clicking on finish, data a4 a10 changed number format, whole column shift cell.  a2 becomes header , data a3 a9.

how solve please?  whole table, doesn't want data particular column shifted upwards.  don't have problem before.

investigate issue, i’d collect following things:

1. version of office suite? laptop, open 1 of office applications> file >account > capture screenshot of information under product information. 
2. example file.
3. if it’s convenient, can record video of issue mobile phone? can let know situation better. can upload example file , video onedrive , copy link us.
