Text file in Excel Cell - Microsoft Community

i using windows 10 , excel office pro 2016. 

i beginning excel user , need annotate row of data comment.  want put annotation 1 cell.  annotation may run several sentences , need create paragraphs, if possible.  have opened cell , started typing , writing goes across page , in formula bar.  

is there way can expand cell , put in annotations , use enter key create paragraphs instead of exiting new cell?  save annotations , exit expanded cell spread sheet enter key defaulting usual function..    

use alt + enter create line feed want in cell.

have wrap text , autofit selection enabled.
