Spreadsheet for church Cemetery - Microsoft Community

i creating spreadsheet church cemetery.

i want display first & last  names in cell, when cursor hovers on cell - want popup window (balloon) show remaining info (birth/death/etc).  possible.

if info in cell cell has enlarged , spreadsheet extremely wide

can me accomplish goal?

re: creating list

there ~16,000 columns on spreadsheet,
why not put additional information in adjoining columns on same row.
allow sort data; instance display names of people died in particular year.

excel have "comment" feature can attached individual cells , pops up.
data has entered separately , cannot accessed data in cell.
