unable activate o365 on citrix server (have rds reg key , vol lic), use work, few days ago stopped. unable determine cause, proxy rules fine confirmed office recovery tool. outlook opens prompts activation, inserted upn , password - comes saying "sorry, cant connect account, please try again" - problem mail box opens emails there, suggest account has been contacted. directly actual activation process. has had similar issue or can point me in right direction?. (i have checked few things , ran office tool, re-installed office - checked av, cisco amp, beyond trust, ad sync, proxy rules)
