Nokia N97 Mini E-mail Settings Wizard Server Problem - Microsoft Community

i'm writing turkey. have mobile phone of nokia n97 mini. nokia says microsoft responsible phones. when call microsoft office in turkey direct me website @ www.microsoft.com/mobile phone brand&model not available. problem n97 mini when try make new e-mail account settings wizard fails giving message "the server not found" besides that, can not make new e-mail account through using manual setting not available n97 menu. so, should , how solve problem ? awaiting prompt & action.
