i changed macbook. store transferred files , programme , works fine, apart office.
when try open office application error
an unknown error has occurred. error code is: 0x80004005
after few attempts @ logging in again, tried to:
* uninstall office (full uninstall)
* use dashboard of office.com site , cleaned previous installs of word on computer there
* reinstall office - downloaded site.
i tried several time, no results. getting same message.
i can see files not work on them or save them.
what can do?

currently have narrowed down root cause issue related user profile on mac. besides, apple official article how test issue in user account on mac has mentioned if issue happens in other account, can contact apple support. in case, suggest contact apple support specific assistance.
