Getting my scanner to work with onenote - Microsoft Community

i have scansnap scanner installed , have onenote part of office365.  reason when scan document, opens version of onenote not connected office365.  not seeing data see on iphone, ipad , office computer.  so...this means cant scan docs onenote when @ home on home desktop.

need , perspective.  thanks!! ken

2.the screenshot of  office version picture below. (open onenote>file>account>product information)

 

3.share detailed steps how reproduce behavior.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
