need formula. have 2 tables both have "paid miles" , "rate/mile". need table 1 rate/mile bring value of table 2 rate/mile, if table 1 paid miles >= table 2 paid mile column 1 , table 1 paid miles <= table 2 paid miles column 2.

there neater ways of capping @ 3000
