dear team microsoft

i user of lumia 735 in india , when update lumia 735 update downloaded in time of installation shows ( there error installing update (801882d2) , due error phone data back-up , apps not working ( shows can't connect 1 drive backup , update phone , try again )

team regular user of microsoft phone windows 7 in trouble , plz suggest solution because local service guys says no solution

error code denotes slow wifi 📶 connection try again on high speed wifi router or modem , hit download problem should solved
