we gather more information issue experiencing edge:

  • did make significant changes on pc prior issue?
  • do have latest windows updates installed on pc?
  • are getting error messages when launching edge? if so, please send screenshot.
  • are able launch other windows apps successfully?
  • what troubleshooting steps have taken try resolve issue?
